Certified Pre-Owned Vehicles
If buying a certified pre-owned (CPO) vehicle at our dealership, the purchase comes with a limited comprehensive warranty that’s good for 12 months or the first 12,000 miles, whichever comes first.
In addition, a limited powertrain warranty is also included that’s good for seven years, or the first 100,000 miles. This is all covered as part of our Heritage Pre-Owned Advantage+ plan.
Non-CPO Vehicles
What if you’re buying a non-CPO car at our dealership? Select used cars may be eligible for the same Heritage Pre-Owned Advantage+ plan, which you can inquire about.
The plan includes the MileOne Warranty option, which has the same limited comprehensive warranty for 12 months or 12,000 miles. This covers the fees of parts and labor on select repairs. It also includes extensive comprehensive coverage for the first 60 days of ownership with no deductibles.
Dealership vs a Private Seller
Keep in mind that warranty options like the Heritage Pre-Owned Advantage+ plan only apply to used cars purchased at a dealership. If you buy from a private seller, you have no option for this type of plan. However, if the car’s warranty is still in effect, it may be transferrable to the new owner for a small fee.
Even if this is the case, there are no other additions like a multi-point inspection and 24-hour roadside assistance, which are included with the Heritage Pre-Owned Advantage+ plan.
