It’s not unusual to see a model you like on a dealership website. You visit the dealership several days later, however, and find out the specific car is no longer available. This happens quite often, leaving many customers disappointed. This is why we started the Heritage Toyota Catonsville Reserve Program that lets us hold a desired vehicle for the customer. 

How It Works 

Go to the Heritage Reserve Program page and enter the make, model, and year of your desired vehicle. You’ll also enter your contact details so a dealer can reach out to you. Once you submit the application, we will reserve the vehicle. Between now and your scheduled dealership visit, other buyers will not be able to purchase or lease the vehicle. 

How Long Can You Reserve the Vehicle? 

Upon submitting the reserve form, one of our dealers will be in touch. Schedule a visit date to our dealership; the dealer will let you know if the dealership can hold the car for the length of time. 

Am I Obligated to Purchase the Reserved Vehicle? 

You are not contractually obligated to buy or lease the reserved car. On the day of the visit, many customers will do a test drive. If it’s not a good fit, then they may move on to another vehicle. 

Do You Hold All Vehicles on Inventory? 

If the vehicle is listed on our website inventory, then you can reserve it. This goes for both our new and pre-owned inventory. This also applies for purchases and leases. Reserve the vehicle of your choice, whether that be the Toyota Corolla or the Toyota Tundra
